About

My love of interiors began long before I started designing homes professionally. Growing up on my family's dairy farm, I developed an appreciation for nature, craftsmanship and the beauty found in everyday surroundings. The colours, textures and landscapes of the countryside continue to inspire my work today.

After graduating from Loughborough University with a First Class degree in Textiles Innovation & Design, I spent nearly ten years working within the interiors and upholstery industry. This experience has given me a deep understanding of furniture, fabrics, window treatments and the details that transform a house into a home.

I later completed my Interior Design qualification at KLC School of Design, allowing me to combine my passion for textiles with a broader approach to creating beautiful, functional interiors.

Through Frances House Interiors, I offer a personal and flexible design service, helping clients create homes that feel timeless, comfortable and uniquely their own. Whether it's selecting fabrics for a cherished armchair, designing bespoke curtains, planning a room layout or creating a complete scheme, I believe great design should reflect the people who live there.

My style combines colour, texture and pattern with carefully chosen antiques and contemporary pieces, creating homes that are welcoming, characterful and designed to stand the test of time.

I look forward to helping you create a home you truly love.
